I once organize a baby shower for my best friend. Knowing her impeccable taste I made a lot of preparations to make it a successful one. I settled for a theme that’s easy to execute and a venue that’s accessible to all invitees. I also made sure the place is easy to dress up. What made me even more excited is the hunt for unique baby gifts that every invitee will talk about. Of course, ordering food for an event is very crucial. As some people say it is the make or break in an occasion.
One of the reference books I use is Jennifer Traig’s Crafty Girl book, “Slumber Parties: Things to Make and Do. This handy book is not just perfect for teens and pre-teens but also for party organizers like me. Another Crafty Girl Book that I recently bought for reference is Accessories: Things to Make and Do. And lastly the book of Karen Neuburger and Nadine Schiff entitled “The Secret Language of Girlfriends”.
