If people would find out what I got for my husband on our anniversary, I’m definitely sure I will get that eyebrow raise. That is, if they hardly know my husband. My quirky anniversary gift was a set of crossbow arrows. Yes, he may have speared my heart and I fell in love with him, but this is for his hobby. So much for that symbolism isn’t it?
My husband’s leisurely activities involve golf and bowhunting. What a weird combination. I never really understood why he loved bowhunting, when you can make use of a gun to make everything much easier for you. Our first wedding anniversary is coming up in a month. I am excited to celebrate it with my wife. We have already made plans to go off on a weekend getaway near the beach. I have also painstakingly chosen a gift for her that I know she would like.
